The GAA/Irish Life Steps Challenge starts on Wednesday Jan 10th at 7pm and runs for 6 weeks. We are exploring the possibility of running a couch to 5K running programme alongside the regular Walking Wednesday session. They will culminate with a club 5K walk or run on Sat Feb 17th.

A reminder that these initiatives are taken at your own risk and are NOT covered by insurance. Please also bear in mind that the initiatives are being run by amateurs.

Regardless of whether you can make the group walking or running sessions, we are asking you to please sign up to the club group on the Irish Life My Life app and have your steps recorded for the club.
Simply download the My Life app, register for the Munster GAA – Every Step Counts 2024 challenge and select Éire Óg Inis as your club, please note that the club may appear at the very bottom of the list.
Track your exercise on the app by syncing your fitness tracker to it through the settings and My Life Support options. You can alternatively use the apps inbuilt tracking option.
