At the business end of championships now and our U14 footballers get the weekend proceedings underway in the Div 1 semi v Ennistymon on Saturday morning at 11 in Ennistymon. We wish the very best to all our teams in action this weekend. Unfortunately, support will be split between our senior hurlers and ladies’ footballers on Sunday due to a change in the throw in time for the ladies game, leaving a lot of families and supporters with difficult decisions to make on the day. Let as many of us as possible get out and show our support for the teams. Come on the Townies.
Next Saturday, October 1st our minor footballers meet Cooraclare in Div 2 quarter final. Later that day our intermediate camogie team take on Tulla in a semi while our junior B footballers take on Wolfe Tones in a quarter final. On Sunday our senior footballers take on Clondegad in their quarter-final clash.

U12 Hurling Go-Games in Kilmaley on Saturday evening at 5.30
U10 Football match away to Cratloe on Sunday morning at 10.45
U8 (2014 born) have a wonderful opportunity to play a short, modified hurling game at half-time in the senior quarter final in Cusack Park on Sunday. Make sure to give the kids a big cheer from the stands.
Finally, our youngest age group get to strut their stuff during Monday's Academy when they take part in a football blitz with Doora-Barefield and Lissycasey. It's always a great evening this time of the year with many playing their first ever organised game.
As ever a huge thanks to all the coaches for their efforts in putting all of the above together.
